Hashtag Family brings members together around consistent contributions, clear records and support when it matters. Each member profile receives a permanent number after verified registration; active membership still requires committee approval.
Our live member portal makes the application, contribution and request journey clearer. Members can use the dedicated login page to open their protected records.
The funeral-cover allocation applies to the main member only, subject to provider acceptance and policy terms.
Payment is due on or before day 10 of each month. A later payment date adds a R25.00 arrears charge. Approved members use their issued member number as the reference.
Each member's selected option and the monthly due date give us a clear shared commitment.
Applications, contribution verifications and request decisions follow a recorded workflow.
Approval and verification remain committee decisions, not automatic promises made by a website.
The intended Nedbank funeral-cover component applies to the registered main member only. Spouses, partners, dependants and beneficiaries are not included unless the provider separately confirms inclusion in writing.
Provider acceptance, waiting periods, exclusions and the issued policy control any cover. Internal Hashtag Family assistance is separate and remains subject to approved rules, eligibility, available funds and committee review.
